Daytime Package for Residential Properties: Starting from $249+. This package includes exterior and interior photographs of the residential property. Short term vacation rentals have an additional fee of $50.
Daytime and Twilight Package: Starting from $349+. This package includes interior and exterior daytime photos and 5-8 exterior images at twilight hours. Number of the daytime photos are based on the property size. Twilight package is an add-on for daytime package.
Aerial Photography: $149. This is a standard add-on for daytime package and it includes to 5-8 aerial images. If you need only aerial photography please email or call for a quote.
Lot/Land Package: $199+. This package includes 9-15 photos depending on the lot size. We also include ground level photos and approximate lot lines.
Other Photography Services: Please request a quote for luxury hotels, resorts, villas, retail locations, commercial complexes, architectural photography and other businesses.
Prices are mainly based on property and lot sizes. There is a travel fee for outside of a 15 mile radius of downtown Flagstaff, with increments of $2 for each mile.
